F公司压铸设备的维护管理实践

制造业的设备维修管理，主要通过提前的预防性维护与事后维修手段来保障。文章对F公司压铸设备管 理现状进行分析，并提出相应的改进方案。通过对问题在技术和管理上的分析，指出了企业在设备管理方面真正的问 题点所在，并制定了举措，最后讨论了方案实效。
