http://ojs.omniscient.sg/index.php/TrendsinOncology/article/view/42961

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to discuss the optimization strategy of ultrasound screening mode of obstetrics and gynecology tumors and its effect evaluation. By comprehensively analyzing the current status of the application of existing ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology tumors, a series of optimization measures were proposed in combination with clinical practice experience, and the effect of the implementation of these measures was evaluated in detail. The results of the study showed that the optimized ultrasound screening model significantly improved the early diagnosis rate of obstetric and gynecological tumors and provided more accurate and comprehensive information support for clinical decision-making.
Yan Zheng

http://ojs.omniscient.sg/index.php/TrendsinOncology/article/view/42960

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the application effect of exact FNB technique in patella fracture surgery. Methods: 82 patients with patella fracture in our hospital were selected for the study from June 2023 to June 2024, and were divided into 41 cases of the control group with conventional anesthesia and 41 cases of the observation group with exact FNB technique by random number table method, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The DBP and SBP at 5min, 10min, 20min and 30min after anesthesia in the observation group were signifcantly higher than those in the control group, and HR, postoperative 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h VAS scores and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were signifcantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: When treating patellar fracture, adopting the exact FNB technique can strengthen the effect of anesthesia and analgesia, and is safer.
Chao Fan

2024-10-082024-10-0863Efficacy of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qingganhewei Decoction, in Treating Refractory Non-Erosive Reflux Patients with Stagnated Heat in the Liver and Stomach: a Study Protocol for a Prospective Randomized Double-Blind Clinical Trial
http://ojs.omniscient.sg/index.php/TrendsinOncology/article/view/42959

Abstract: Non-erosive refux disease (NERD) is characterized by typical gastroesophageal refux symptoms and the absence of esophageal mucosal damage during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. Almost 40% of NERD patients who fail to respond to double-dose proton pump inhibitor (PPI) treatment are characterized as having refractory non-erosive reflux (R-NERD). Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can effectively relieve the symptoms of this condition. We are conducting a clinical trial to assess the effectiveness of the Qingganhewei decoction in treating R-NERD among patients with stagnated heat in the liver and stomach. Ethics and Discussion: This clinical trial was approved by the Ethics Committee of Pinggu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is the frst randomized double-blinded trial to compare the effectiveness of the Qingganhewei decoction combined with PPI in treating R-NERD patients with stagnated heat in the liver and stomach. This novel protocol is expected to reduce symptom recurrence, lessen the physical and psychological burden of R-NERD, and provide good social benefts for patients.
Sheng-Nan ZhouDong-Mei WangWei LiHui-Jie LiuBao-Li WangChen ZhaoXing-Liang GaoJin-Yue DingZhi-Qiang Wang

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of multidimensional psychological care on the mental health and sleep quality of hospitalized patients with intracranial tumors. Through a randomized controlled trial, the effects of conventional psychological care were compared with those of multidimensional psychological care in improving patients' psychological states and sleep quality. The results indicated that multidimensional psychological care significantly reduced patients' levels of anxiety and depression and improved their sleep quality.
Qi Shi

http://ojs.omniscient.sg/index.php/TrendsinOncology/article/view/42955

Abstract: Stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease that can cause limb dysfunction, adversely affecting patients' daily lives. In recent years, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has played a significant role in the treatment and rehabilitation of limb dysfunction caused by stroke. Methods such as herbal decoctions, acupuncture, massage, herbal steaming, and bloodletting cupping have demonstrated significant therapeutic effects. Concurrently, TCM rehabilitation techniques are continuously advancing and improving, offering more treatment options for stroke patients with limb dysfunction. This paper discusses the current research on TCM treatments and rehabilitation techniques for limb dysfunction after stroke, aiming to provide valuable reference for clinical medical personnel.
Qiu-Rong XiaLin Huang
