基Scrum的科技创新项目敏捷管理应用研究

当前我国众多科技创新项目面临着需求不清晰且可能经常发生变化的情况，项目论证与实施并行的情况 时有发生，项目开发难度大、风险高，需要探索适应于科技创新项目的敏捷管理方法，以提升管理的高效性和灵活 性。笔者基于项目管理实践，从项目团队组建、管理架构调整、工作流程改进等方面优化并运用了Scrum敏捷管理方 法，并给出了实施结果分析与展望。
