BIM技术的推广使建筑工程行业发生了一次巨大的变革。尤其在建筑工程全过程造价进行动态管理时， 能够帮助人们快速进行工程量的统计及造价工作，进而提高工作效率及质量，从而使建筑行业得到快速的发展。
