卢旺达建筑规范体系及材料的研究与应用实践

卢旺达是东非的典型内陆国家，吸引了大量中资企业参与其建筑工程。随着中国建筑企业“走出去”战 略的深入推进，深入了解并适应当地建筑规范体系成为项目成功实施的关键。本文基于作者在加纳的工程实践经验， 系统梳理了卢旺达现行的建筑规范体系，重点分析其标准特征，并详细阐述了在建筑、结构、电气、给排水等专业领 域的具体规范要求与应用现状。文章旨在为赴卢旺达开展工程业务的中国企业及相关技术人员提供实用参考，助力提 升本地化合规能力与项目执行效率。
