基于关怀理论的北京“双奥遗产”的探析

奥运遗产通常分为物质遗产、精神遗产、知识遗产以及情感遗产几部分。2008年奥运会以及2022年冬季 奥运会给北京留下了很多宏伟、丰富的奥运遗产。但很多重要的历史性场馆与周边社区和生态环境缺乏友好联系，无 法作为公共资源在后奥运时代有效运营。基于此背景，本文基于关怀理论探讨北京双奥物质遗产对城市、社区以及生 态的影响，并探讨奥运遗产作为城市催化剂向城市公共资源转变的可能性，促进体育、城市与人的均衡发展，增强社 会整体健康水平。
