  • Research on the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer and Recovery Process Based on Syndrome Differentiation in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

    Wei-Le Liu; Peng-Peng Hu

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory emphasizes treatment based on syndrome differentiation, regulating the body's overall functions through therapeutic methods such as soothing the liver and regulating qi, strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach, and activating blood circulation to remove stasis. Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment fully leverages the advantages of both medical systems, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on holistic regulation, demonstrating unique advantages in improving clinical symptoms, promoting ulcer healing, and preventing recurrence. However, current integrated treatment still faces challenges such as non-uniform diagnostic standards, insufficient treatment plan individualization, and suboptimal drug compatibility. By establishing a comprehensive system for treatment based on syndrome differentiation, optimizing treatment protocols, and strengthening recovery phase management, therapeutic efficacy can be effectively enhanced, providing gastric ulcer patients with more scientific and standardized medical care.

  • Effect of Comfortable Delivery Room Nursing on Midwifery Quality and Delivery Room Infection Rate

    Li-Yuan Zhao

Objective: To investigate the effect of comfortable delivery room nursing on midwifery quality and the infection rate in delivery rooms. Methods: A total of 400 parturients who delivered in the delivery room of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly assigned to an observation group (n=200) and a control group (n=200). The control group received routine delivery room nursing, while the observation group received comfortable nursing in addition to routine care. The two groups were compared in terms of labor duration, midwifery operation proficiency score, maternal satisfaction, delivery room infection rate, and neonatal Apgar score. Results: The observation group had shorter durations in the first stage (580.2 ± 65.3 min), second stage (45.6 ± 8.2 min), and third stage (8.5 ± 2.1 min) of labor compared with the control group (P

  • Research on Denoising and Enhancement Technologies for Liver Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasonography Images

De-Jun Hu; Kang He, Jin Li

Liver contrast-enhanced ultrasonography is of great signifcance in the diagnosis of liver diseases. However, ultrasonic images are often subject to noise interference and have relatively low contrast, which affects the accurate identification of the fine structures of the liver and the characteristics of lesions. This study focuses on liver contrast-enhanced ultrasonography images and deeply explores effective denoising and enhancement technologies. Through the analysis and improvement of a variety of classic and emerging algorithms, a comprehensive image processing scheme is proposed, aiming to improve image quality and enhance the visualization effect of the liver area, thereby providing a more reliable image basis for the accurate diagnosis of liver diseases. The experimental results show that the proposed technology has achieved remarkable results in reducing noise, improving image contrast and retaining details, and has high clinical application value.

  • Application of Sequential Management by Specialist Nurse Outpatient Clinics in Elderly Diabetic Patients

    Chen Zheng; Hong-Xia Ji

Objective: To explore the effect of sequential management by specialist nurse outpatient clinics in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 160 elderly type 2 diabetes patients managed in the diabetes specialist outpatient department of Sheyang County Hospital from January to December 2024 were included. Patients were randomly assigned into an observation group and a control group using a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received sequential management led by specialist nurses on top of standard care. Fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and self-management ability scores were compared between the two groups after 6 months. Results: The observation group showed significantly better fasting blood glucose levels and self-management ability scores compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Sequential management provided by specialist nurse outpatient clinics can effectively improve blood glucose control and enhance self-management ability in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
