宫颈大细胞神经内分泌癌伴多发转移1例报告

总结宫颈大细胞神经内分泌癌的临床表现、病理特征、诊治及预后。 方法： 报道一例宫颈大细胞神经内 分泌癌伴多发转移患者。 结果： 患者因纳差、右上腹疼痛就诊，完善腹部彩超及肝穿刺活检，考虑肝转移癌可能。追 问病史，患者近期有不规则阴道出血，行宫颈活检为大细胞神经内分泌癌，完善胸腹盆腔CT，诊断为宫颈神经内分泌 癌IV期，肝转移瘤、肺转移瘤、骨转移瘤，患者无手术指征，给予恩沃利 依托泊苷 卡铂方案化疗。
