磁共振超短回波时间序列在肺结构及功能成像中的研究进展

Abstract

磁共振成像是CT的无辐射检查的替代方式,肺部磁共振成像一直是临床研究重点。超短回波时间 (UTE)序列作为目前最广泛关注的肺部磁共振成像技术,随着科学技术的进步,UTE MRI结合功能成像在肺纤维 化、肺部感染及结节诊断及纵向研究中具有重要价值。具有本文主要对UTE成像技术在肺结构及功能成像中的应用及 研究进展进行综述。
