基质金属蛋白酶在胰腺癌中的临床研究进展

胰腺癌起病隐匿，进展迅速，预后不佳。根治性手术治疗效果较差，针对胰腺癌肿瘤微环境的靶向治疗 近几年逐渐兴起。基质金属蛋白酶属于肿瘤微环境的主要组成成分之一，在胰腺癌的侵袭和转移方面都有重要作用。 本文将对近年来，基质金属蛋白酶在胰腺癌中的相关研究进展做一综述，以为后续研究提供理论支持。
