牛津单髁与全膝关节置换术治疗膝内侧间室骨关节炎的疗效比较

目的：比较牛津单髁置换术(UKA)与全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗膝关节内测单间室骨关节炎的疗效。方 法：膝关节内侧单间室骨关节炎患者36例，18例行UKA，18例行TKA。比较两组患者术前及术后一周时的膝关节运动 功能和炎性因子水平。结果：UKA组在手术时间、膝关节运动功能改善、炎性因子水平、生活质量、疼痛程度均优于 TKA组，比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：UKA在治疗膝关节内侧单间室骨关节炎相比TKA更具优势。
