II型糖尿病视网膜病变患者左室功能状态超声评估新进展

糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病，主要表现为高血糖。长期控制不佳会导致多种并发症，其中尤以心脏病 变最为严重。预防和治疗心脏病变对于减少糖尿病患者的发病率和死亡率至关重要。因此，及早发现和治疗糖尿病， 严格控制血糖水平，是保护心脏健康的重要措施。达格列净是一种独特的降糖药，不但可以有效降低血糖水平，还具 有减少心血管事件发生的作用。本文对于糖尿病患者进行了达格列净治疗前后的超声评价。
