阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征作为高血压的独立危险因素，其在人群中的发病率不断上升，与高血压可能 存在相互影响的关系，OSA患者睡眠紊乱引起交感神经活性增强以及间歇性低氧。目前OSA的治疗方式多样，需要更 加个体化的治疗方案以适应不同患者的具体病情、生理特点、生活方式。
