脂溶性维生素对糖尿病肾病的作用研究进展

Abstract

糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病的最主要并发症之一,也是终末期肾脏疾病的重要 病因。DN是由于糖尿病患者长期处于较高水平的血糖而导致的尿蛋白持续升高和肾小球滤过率进行性降低,随着肾 脏功能的逐步恶化,将严重影响患者的预后和生活质量。脂溶性维生素是不溶于水而溶于脂肪和非极性有机溶剂的必 需营养素,其在DN发生发展过程中发挥一定程度的保护作用。本文主要围绕脂溶性维生素对DN的影响及疗效展开介 绍,综述了脂溶性维生素对DN的治疗潜力,旨在为DN的防治策略提供安全和崭新的思路,以期为DN患者提供更加 安全有效的治疗途径。
