超声评估乳腺癌患者应用化疗药物后对心肌功能的影响

Abstract

化疗药物是乳腺癌患者治疗的常用手段之一,在治疗的同时也导致了心肌的损伤。化疗药物对心肌的损 伤主要表现左心室收缩功能的减低。目前除了二维超声心动图对左心室的功能评估外,斑点追踪技术及实时三维成像 技术能早期评估心肌功能损伤的。本文对超声新技术评估化疗药物所致的左心室功能损伤研究进展进行综述。
