糖尿病与眼表螨虫感染的相关研究进展

眼表螨虫感染是一种常见的眼部寄生虫疾病,眼表螨虫感染患者常有眼干,眼烧灼感、异物感、畏光及倒睫等临床症状,严重危害患者身心健康和生活质量。据研究发现,糖尿病患者眼表螨虫感染率较正常人高,而随着糖尿病发病率的逐年升高,使得眼表螨虫感染也随之升高,使其成为危害糖尿病患者眼部正常功能的疾病之一。目前由糖尿病眼表螨虫感染的机制尚不明确,治疗方法单一匮乏、尚无统一标准,对患者的预后亦缺乏临床数据。本文就糖尿病和眼表螨虫感染近年来的研究进行总结和分析,以期为临床诊治和进一步机制探讨提供参考。
