Abstract: This paper aims to explore the surgical strategies and effcacy of single-door laminoplasty (SDLP) in the treatment of complex cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). By analyzing surgical principles, technical details, postoperative recovery, and complication management, and combining existing literature and clinical practice, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness and safety of SDLP in treating complex CSM.
