With the market economy and the increasing development of science and technology, the construction feld is also bound to enter a period of rapid growth. In particular, the scale of housing construction is expanding, and we have put forward more and more requirements for the quality of housing construction. Therefore, it is necessary for the constructor to strengthen the supervision and management of the construction quality of housing during the construction process, so as to protect the Chinese people's requirements for the increasing quality of housing. However, China's current construction management is still facing certain difculties, so we need to raise awareness of such difculties in construction management, in order to be able to reasonably carry out the operation of the construction management personnel to ensure the construction quality of all buildings. The paper analyzes the problems in the construction management of the current construction projects, and gives specific countermeasures to improve the management level of construction project management.
