基于ISM-MICMAC的工程咨询企业数字化转型关键影响因素分析

目的： 在全球数字经济发展的时代背景下，工程咨询企业数字化转型是企业在数字经济环境中生存发展 的必然选择。本文对工程咨询企业数字化转型的影响因素进行分析，有助于工程咨询企业在转型的过程中更有针对 性。 方法： 采用ISM模型确定影响因素的层级关系，再运用MICMAC找出工程咨询企业数字化转型的重要驱动因素。 结论： 通过分析得出4个关键影响因素：管理层的态度、数字化战略、员工的数字素养、数字基础设施。
