Analyzing the Faults of the Boeing 737NG Aircraft Fuel System
Zhen Liu
Abstract
This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study of common faults and their causes in the fuel system of the Boeing 737NG aircraft. Through analyzing the Fault Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), corresponding preventive and maintenance measures are proposed. The purpose of this paper is to improve the effciency and safety of maintenance for the fuel system of this aircraft model and reduce fight accidents caused by fuel system failures.
