This study addresses safety risks in the operation of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities. Key points for safe operation management are clarified from four aspects: full lifecycle equipment management, operational parameter monitoring, medium control, and personnel training. Furthermore, five optimization strategies are proposed: process parameter optimization, intelligent monitoring upgrades, equipment retrofitting, operation and maintenance innovation, and multi-system coordination. These measures aim to enhance operational safety and efficiency, reduce failure risks, and provide support for the long-term stable operation and green development of industrial flue gas treatment systems.
