Abstract

As a key role in formulating and executing human resource management strategies, senior economists are responsible not only for traditional economic analysis but also for optimizing human resource allocation and promoting organizational change and innovation through a strategic perspective. This article briefy introduces the importance of senior economists in human resource management, analyzes the shortcomings in human resource management by senior economists, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
