随着人口老龄化的不断加剧，养老问题成为社会关注的焦点。养老机构作为社会服务的重要组成部分， 对于提供优质的养老服务，满足老年人的生活需求，促进社会的和谐稳定具有至关重要的意义。然而，当前养老机构 的经营管理存在诸多问题，制约了其发展和老年人的生活质量提高。因此，深入探讨和研究养老机构经营管理现状及 发展趋势是非常有必要的。
