Abstract

With the rapid development of the medical industry and the increasing demand for health among the populace, the employment prospects of medical vocational students have become a key issue. Research has found that students’ professional skills, practical experience, and career planning awareness have a significant impact on their employment. At the same time, policy support, school education reform, and the talent demand of medical institutions are also important factors in addressing students’ employment issues.
