Oyaziwo Aluede is Professor of Guidance and Counselling (School Counselling) at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma- Nigeria since 2006. He has been Visiting Assistant Scientist at the Florida International University, Miami, USA (2002- 2003).He was appointed Associate Professor at the Eastern Mediterranean University in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (2006), Professor of Guidance and Counselling at the University of Swaziland (2010). Prof. Aluede's expertise is in the areas of Prevention Programmes, School Violence and Designing Programmes for School Success.

He has worked in enterprises and vocational colleges for more than 20 years, and has held positions such as Deputy General Manager of Enterprises, Dean of Secondary Colleges, and Director of Appraisal Institute; He has visited and studied in developed countries such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, and the United Kingdom; He has visited and studied at South China Normal University (Cultural Psychology) in Germany (vocational training) and Japan (economic management teaching research).
Mingyi Zhao, Associate Researcher and Master's Supervisor at the Third Clinical College of Central South University, Visiting Scholar at Harvard Boston Children's Hospital, Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Children's Medical Center of Japan, Member of the Immunotherapy Engineering Committee of the Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society, Member of the Third Internal Medicine Group of the Pediatric Tumors Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti Cancer Association, Member of the Chinese Biophysics Society, and Standing Committee Member of the Child Health Branch of the Hunan Health Service Industry Association, Member of the Children's Science Popularization Professional Committee of the Hunan Preventive Medicine Association, and member of the Children's Branch of the Hunan Medical Association.
Yunhua Zhong is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Education Science, Hunan Normal University. The third level talent of the 121 Innovative Talent Project in Hunan Province, as well as outstanding young backbone teachers in Hunan Province, mainly focuses on social capital and college student job hunting, capital transformation and social mobility of impoverished students.
Peter Tiernan is Assistant Professor of Digital Learning and Digital Literacy in the Institute of Education at Dublin City University. Peter is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of modules at the Institute of Education, which enable teachers and other educators to harness the potential of technology in education while becoming critical evaluators of technology and the role it plays in teaching and learning, and in society more broadly. Peter leads multiple nationally and internationally funded research projects. Current examples include: 1) Erasmus+ funded project focused on preparing teachers to use AI as an innovative asset; 2) Exploring Virtual Reality classrooms and their usefulness in preparing pre-service teachers to work in an increasingly digitised world. Peter has an extensive research publication record with multiple articles in top-tier international journals. His research covers the spectrum of digital learning, but he has a specialist interest in digital literacy and its development among students and wider society.
