Research on Student Participation and Interaction Strategies in College English Teaching

In college English teaching, the classroom is the main battlefield of teaching. Enhancing the effectiveness of classroom interaction in English classes is a necessary pathway to ensure the quality of English teaching. This paper explores the importance of student participation and interaction in college English teaching, analyzes the current situation of student participation and interaction, and proposes effective strategies such as developing proactive interactive teaching plans, creating interactive atmospheres, encouraging student participation, and utilizing various interactive teaching strategies. Student participation and interaction not only improve teaching effectiveness but also cultivate students' practical English skills.
