With the continuous development and technological progress in the construction industry, engineering supervision, as an important link to ensure the quality, safety, progress, and efficiency of projects, requires continuous innovation in its supervisory methods to meet the demands of the new situation. This paper aims to explore innovative ideas for scientific supervision methods in engineering supervision, analyze the shortcomings of existing supervisory methods, and propose corresponding innovative strategies to improve the level and efficiency of engineering supervision.
