As an essential part of national infrastructure construction, the construction management of water conservancy engineering projects is crucial not only for the quality, progress, and safety of the project but also for the economic development of surrounding areas and the standard of living of the people. This paper briefy introduces the importance of construction management in water conservancy projects and analyzes the management strategies for hydropower engineering construction projects. These strategies include establishing a comprehensive construction management system, focusing on improving the overall quality of management personnel, emphasizing construction safety supervision, and meticulously controlling costs.
