Pre-control of Operational Hazards in Thermal Power Plant Centralized Control
Hai Wang
Pre-control of operational hazards in thermal power plant centralized control is crucial to ensure the safe and stable operation of thermal power plants. This article first outlines the concept and importance of centralized control operation in thermal power plants, then analyzes in depth the hazards such as equipment failures, human operational errors, and environmental factors. Addressing these hazards, this article proposes pre-control measures at the technical, managerial, and environmental levels, aiming to enhance the safety of centralized control operation in thermal power plants. Through optimizing monitoring systems, strengthening equipment maintenance, improving automation levels, combined with rigorous operational procedures, safety training, emergency response measures, as well as environmental improvements and enhanced environmental monitoring, it is possible to effectively pre-control the hazards in the centralized control operation of thermal power plants, ensuring the safe and stable operation of these plants.

The Exploration of the "Internet + Administrative Service" Model Innovation Driven by Big Data
Heng Yang, Xin-Yu Li, Wei-Yan Kong, Peng Liu, Zhong-Gao Peng
In the digital era, the rise of big data is leading the innovation of the "internet + administrative service" model. The powerful analysis capability of big data not only connects the government and the public, but also deeply opens up the information island, providing unprecedented intelligent support for government services. Its ability to gain in-depth insight into social needs and accurately predict problem trends enables the government to respond more quickly and accurately to people's needs, and to achieve personalized and efficient services. This new model of "internet + administrative service" driven by big data will pave the way for the construction of a more convenient, transparent and intelligent government service system with all-round empowerment, and promote social governance to a higher level.

Research on Pile Foundation Testing Technology for Building Construction Engineering
Ming Yu
Pile foundation testing technology for construction engineering is an important measure to ensure the quality and safety of pile foundations. In this paper, several common methods for pile foundation testing are introduced, including static load test method, core drilling method, low-strain method and rock foundation plate load test method. This paper also expounds on their respective characteristics and scopes of application. Meanwhile, the practical application of pile foundation testing technology in construction engineering is discussed as well, including determining the bearing capacity of pile foundation, detecting the integrity of pile foundation, and finding yet solving pile foundation quality defects.

Remote Sensing Monitoring and Its Development Exploration of Soil and Water Conservation in Construction Projects for Production Purpose
Fu Wang
With the rapid development of economy, the demand for land resources in construction projects for production purpose is increasing, resulting in increasingly serious waste of soil and water problems. As an emerging monitoring method, remote sensing monitoring technology has the advantages of high efficiency, swiftness and real-time etc., and has been widely employed in the field of soil and water conservation. This paper mainly discusses the significance and its application of remote sensing monitoring technology for soil and water conservation in construction projects for production purpose. Firstly, the significance of remote sensing monitoring tech of soil and water conservation in construction projects for production purpose is analyzed in this article. And then, the application of remote sensing monitoring technology for soil and water conservation in construction projects for production purpose is introduced. Finally, the development trend of remote sensing monitoring technology for soil and water conservation in construction projects for production purpose is envisioned. The scientific basis is thus presented for the water and soil conservation in construction projects for production purpose.

Discussion on Common Problems of Housing Structure Design in Civil Engineering Construction
Ji Ma
This article discusses some common problems in the structural design of housing structure in civil engineering construction. To start with, we analyzed the basic principles of housing structure design, including safety, economy, practicality and so forth. Furthermore, we discussed common problems in structural design, such as improper selection of structural systems and inappropriate selection of structural materials. Last but not least, we proposed an optimization design method for housing structures in civil engineering construction, including optimizing the structural layout of the building, optimizing the material selection of the building, etc., to improve the safety and durability of the house building structure.

Application of Ecological Water Conservancy Engineering Design in Water Conservancy Construction
Shu-Shan Li
With the increasing development of water conservancy technology, various forms of water conservancy projects have been formed in the use of rivers. While the construction of water conservancy projects brings social and economic benefits to the people, it also damages the natural environmental conditions and natural environment on which people depend to survive to a certain extent. How to weigh the pros and cons, effectively realize the value of water conservancy, reduce the damage to the natural environment by water conservancy construction, and ensure the sustainable development of the ecological environment are the keys to current water conservancy management.
