With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people’s quality of life, urban parks, as an important part of urban green infrastructure, have attracted increasing attention to their operation management and business models. This paper, guided by the concept of “Park Plus”, analyzes the current operation status of urban parks, discusses the problems existing in their business models, and proposes corresponding enhancement strategies, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of urban parks.
