武汉市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间失能老年患者的居家护理

Abstract
目的：为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间失能老年患者提供居家上门护理服务，保证患者安全，提高服务品质。方法：成立居家上门服务突击队，进行出诊流程再造，做好出诊分层管理，加强医务人员、患者及家属防护，提供线上线下的健康教育指导。结果：上门服务共178例次，其中急诊44例次，非急诊134例次；伤口换药69次、更换尿管85次、更换胃管19次、膀胱冲洗71次、健康评估6次、足病治疗2次。所有出诊人员均按新冠肺炎疑似或确诊病例做好自身防护，未发生1例交叉感染。结论：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间满足了失能老年患者的出诊需求，为突发公共卫生事件做好应急处理，防范传染病风险提供了实践经验。
