三级防护下医护人员的自测生理健康水平及分析

Abstract
目的：调查医护人员在三级防护下的自测生理健康水平，初步分析医护人员在三级防护下生理健康问题及影响因素。方法：2020年3月19日-2020年4月3日，采用滚雪球抽样法，邀请广东省两家三甲医院共103名三级防护下的抗疫医护人员进行网络问卷调查。结果：共分析102份有效网络问卷，结果显示医护人员的身体状况与器官功能为6.37±0.77分、日常生活功能为10.19±1.63分、身体活动功能为9.97±1.22分，均处于中等偏上水平；分析显示自测生理健康水平分别受医护人员的性别、是否饮酒、健康状态和三级防护下直观感受的影响。结论：三级防护下医护人员的自测生理健康处于中等偏上水平，临床应加大对三级防护下医护人员的生理健康状态关注和支持。
