持续质量改进对血站采血护理及血液报废率的影响

目的:探讨在血站采血护理工作中通过进行持续质量改进对提升护理效果以及降低血液报废率的应用价值。方法:抽取2017年1月至2020年7月本血站参与无偿献血的8000名献血者为研究对象,依据本血站持续质量改进的开展时间先后进行分组,对照组献血者在无偿献血期间开展常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上开展持续质量改进,对比2组献血者的护理满意度、献血期间不良反应的发生率以及血液报废率。结果:观察组献血者护理满意度为99.95%,对照组为95.13%,P < 0.05;观察组献血者的献血不良反应率为0.40%,对照组为1.58%,P < 0.05;观察组献血者血液报废率为0.05%,对照组血液报废率为0.90%,观察组的血液报废率低于对照组P < 0.05。结论:在血站采血护理中通过进行持续质量改进能够有效提升护理质量,有利于降低血液报废率和献血者的不良反应率,且有助于提高护理满意度。
