导电聚合物微针的制备与应用

Abstract

微针是一种由微型针尖阵列整齐排列在基底上组成的装置。由于其尺寸微小,可以轻易的穿过皮肤角质 层而不产生疼痛感,目前已经广泛的应用于经皮给药。本文介绍了一种导电聚合物微针的制备方法,以可降解塑料和 导电填充材料制备3D打印导电丝材,利用FDM 3D打印将丝材制备成导电膜,通过模具浇注和加入导电膜的方法制备 导电微针,并对导电聚合物微针力学性能和导电性能检测,其结果满足使用需求。所制备的导电聚合物微针通过与传 感器相结合,将药物加载在电响应性载体中,可以有效的促进药物释放以及药物的给药情况检测。
