教学能力大赛视阙下高职外语教师语言测评素养发展策略

Abstract

通过问卷调查、访谈调查、视频分析对高职外语教师语言测评素养和教学能力大赛获奖作品进行调查研 究和对比分析,结果显示教师在测评认同和测评实践中存在割裂现象,测评实践能力较弱。教师测评素养知识和能力 提升信念是影响测评素养提升的重要因素,同时需要加强外部环境塑造。
