低温等离子射频术联合聚桂醇注射在成人咽喉海绵状血管瘤治疗中的疗效分析

Abstract

目的:探讨低温等离子射频术联合聚桂醇注射治疗咽喉部海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法:研究了60例咽喉 部海绵状血管瘤患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例进行了低温等离子射频术联合聚桂醇注射治疗,对照组30 例只进行了聚桂醇注射治疗。随访2年~3年。比较总临床有效率、达到临床有效需要的治疗次数、住院时间、术后不 良反应发生率。结果:治疗组30例总临床有效率100%,其中26例为痊愈,4例显效,对照组总临床有效率76.7%,其 中20例为痊愈,3例显效,总临床有效率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗组经过1次治疗全部有效,对照组达到 有效需要的手术次数为(1.83±0.66)次,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。治疗组住院时间短,平均为(3.10±0.72) 天,对照组住院时间为(8.17±3.96)天,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率3.3%(1例),对照 组不良反应发生率23.33%(7例),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。随访2~3年,均未复发。结论:低温等离子射频 术联合聚桂醇注射治疗咽喉部海绵状血管瘤治愈率高,治疗次数减少,不良反应少,值得临床推
