孤独症儿童口腔疾病防治的研究进展

孤独症儿童因社交沟通障碍、感知觉异常等，口腔疾病发病概率高、病情特殊且诊疗难度大，常见龋 病、牙周病、牙列不齐与创伤、口腔微生物异常等问题。其口腔疾病受个体、家庭、社会等因素影响。防治需构建全 方位体系，预防以家庭干预和医疗机构支持为主；治疗采用行为管理、镇静与麻醉技术；多学科协作整合资源；以技 术创新优化流程，提升防治水平，保障儿童口腔健康。
