儿童保健护理实习生的情感态度培养对心理弹性的影响

目的:本研究旨在探讨情感态度培养课程对儿童保健护理实习生心理弹性的影响。通过比较传统教学方 法与增加情感态度培养课程的教学方法,分析其对护理实习生在坚韧、自强和乐观等心理弹性维度上的影响。方法: 本研究选择48名进入中南大学湘雅三医院实习的临床护理专业学生,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组24人。对照组接 受常规的临床护理带教模式,实验组在此基础上增加了4学时的情感态度培养课程。采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC) 对两组学生干预前后的心理弹性情况进行测量。结果:干预前,两组在心理弹性量表各维度评分上无显著差异(P > 0.05)。干预后,实验组在坚韧、自强、乐观三个维度及总分上均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05),表明情感态度培养 课程显著提升了护理实习生的心理弹性。结论:情感态度培养课程对提高儿童保健护理实习生的心理弹性具有显著作 用。建议在护理实习教学中推广应用情感态度培养课程,以全面提升实习生的心理素质和职业素养,为护理教育提供 新的思路和方法。
