基于成果导向教育的医学多学科交叉培养模式探索

在医学教育不断向多学科交叉融合发展的背景下,传统以学科为中心的人才培养模式已难以满足现代医 学对复合型人才的需求。本文基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,系统分析医学多学科交叉培养中存在的主要问题,并 探索相应的培养模式。通过文献分析与理论整合,围绕培养目标、课程体系、教学方式与评价机制四个方面,梳理当 前存在的目标导向不清、课程整合不足、教学方式单一及评价机制滞后等问题。在此基础上,构建以“成果目标—课 程体系—教学过程—评价机制”为核心的OBE导向培养模式,强调以学生发展为中心,通过模块化课程设计、多样化 教学方式及多元评价体系,实现医学多学科交叉能力的系统培养。上述探索可为医学多学科交叉人才培养模式的优化 与完善提供思路与参考。
