Abstract

新型冠状病毒肺炎(Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,NCP)疫情所致心理应激及应对是当前研究的焦点,在NCP疫情期间应从以下几个方面对大学生进行心理应激干预:对不同人群开展心理援助或引导大学生开展心理应激自助,思考疫情过后加强大学生的积极心理品质。
